Hidden in the spectacular West Coast rainforests, unique wolves specialise in tides, salmon and Sitka deer. They’re not alone, for the Heiltsuk First Nation has shared these same resources through millennia and feels deep kinship. Now, pressure from logging and salmon farms is mounting in Heiltsuk and wolf territory. This is a story of the heart, as seen through the eyes of the wolves and a Heiltsuk hereditary chief.
